HOA funded Projects

The board uses something called a Reserve Study to estimate when certain projects will need to be completed and how much they will cost. While not exact, this study gives us a guideline that helps us determine what projects to look to tackle next and helps us determine if any changes need to be made to HOA dues to cover those costs. 

Continuous projects include things like landscaping, irrigation and storm water management.

The playgrounds are in dire need of removal and a new playground structure put in. We are currently working with a company to set up demolition of BOTH parks as they are no longer supported for repair by the manufacturer. At this time the plan is to put a new structure in the west park only. In the future this will allow us to create a different kind of gathering space where the east structure stood. The demo and rebuild are dependent on our budget and we are working hard to provide our neighborhood with a great play space while honoring our funds.
