We hope to use this website as a way to foster community and maintin open communication on activites and events associated with the Pacific Meadows HOA. Please look through menu options for HOA information, Calendar of Events, Contact information and Current News

The HOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that serve rotating 3 year terms. The current board members and term dates can be seen below.

If you are planning on making any changes to the exterior of your home or property, please fill out the ACC form and get HOA approval to make sure changes are in line with the guidelines set out above.  The city of Marysville provided some basic guidelines for home improvement projects that may help direct the scope of your project.

We want to make sure our neighborhood HOA is working on goals that are important to the community. If you have ideas for community improvements or engagement activities, please let us know. We can't work on a project we don't know exists!

We will work to keep you updated on community led projects via the newsletter and community hall meetings. In addition the first 15 minutes of each board meeting is open to community members.
